Camp notes

We are delighted to be able to offer our very popular school holiday camps again in 2024! These camps are a fabulous way to keep your kids active during the school break.

Previous years have been very successful, and tend to fill up really quickly. The camps will be delivered by our amazing enthusiastic and energetic coaches.

Classes are open to current Dynamic Gymnastics Academy members, and also to non-members. So why not bring along a friend/sibling to join in the fun!

The camps this year will be full day sessions only. We are running our camps on the same format as last year - as it went so well and gymnasts had such fun.

The morning session will include the gymnasts training on all of the apparatus (vault, bars beam and tumble). They will work hard whilst learning new and fun skills.
The afternoon session will include the gymnasts training on the trampette and fast track with some acro balances included. They will play lots of different games and, weather permitting, the gymnasts may even play outdoors. They will also be creative during our little arts and crafts session where they will decorate an easter egg and an easter bonnet at our easter camp and prizes will be given out for the most creative.

There will be a short break in the morning and afternoon sessions with their lunch break in the middle of the day.

There will be various prizes up for grabs throughout the day!

Please come with plenty of snacks and a nutritious lunch – only water and diluting juice are allowed, no fizzy drinks please. Water bottles can be refilled in the gym. Due to allergies, please don’t include fish/peanut products. As the gymnasts may be taken outdoors (weather permitting) please make sure they have suitable outdoor clothing and suncream in case we have some sunshine.
